Lately...

Hello again! Its been a while since I've updated 0ur blog so here goes!

Life is going pretty good in Lethbridge. School has been getting tough for Jordy, but we're both pretty sure its just midterms etc. As for me, I'm on the hunt for another job due to lack of hours at the one I'm currently at, so that will keep me occupied since my latest hobby, reading the Twilight Saga has come to an end. For a whole week this is all my husband saw of me while I read this fascinating series!



Indeed, it only took me a week to start and finish the whole series, but I feel sorry for my hubby who put up with me for a whole week. He's so amazing!

Before I started my "reading week" Jordy and I were out enjoying as much sunshine as we could before the weather took a turn for the worst and covered Lethbridge in another few inches of snow. I wish it would all be done! We took an afternoon to rollarblade around Henderson Lake and took the opportunity to take more pictures with my new camera.

My wonderful Valentine's / 3 Month Anniversary!

So my amazing husband bought me a really nice camera for a Valentine's / 3 Month Anniversary present and he gave it to me yesterday before our date with his brother and his wife. So we went mini-golfing and then we went to the movie Defiance! We had such a great time, here are some pictures from the day!

Good Feelings!

Hello again! Its good to be back in "Blogland" :D What makes me write a new post is this really good, energized way I've been feeling lately. I know that may sound strange, but if I'm feeling great why not share it? It might even be contagious! So the other night Jordy and I went over to his brother's place to help him put up insulation and drywall in their master bedroom (his wife is very pregnant, only about 8 weeks to go!!! =D) and so I decided I would tag along and spend some time with family. My other brother-in-law was there with my almost 2 year old niece, who I love so much and I think she is just the cutest little thing! Just playing with that cute girl put me in such a good mood. Now looking back at it, and all the times I've spent with her, last summer, and over Christmas makes me look forward to the future when someday I'll be a mommy!! Yeah, I know there will be hard times, and difficult moments, but the good will way out weigh the bad! So that was part of the reason I'm in such a good mood.



Another part is that Valentine's Day is coming up along with our 3 Month Anniversary! Yay! And when I got home from work today Jordy said he wanted to get me something for the occasion and asked what I thought about a nice camera! How exciting! I love pictures and photography, and a new camera would be lovely. He's such a sweetie, he knows just what I like and spoils me sooo much! The other day I came home from work and he had spent the afternoon cleaning the whole house. It was much appreciated, cuz it was being kind of neglected and with working all week it just wasn't getting done. So it was a much appreciated suprize to have him do that for me. Once again, he's sooo sweet.
